Italian National Holiday Reschedules SuperEnalotto Draw

The weekly Saturday night SuperEnalotto draw was rescheduled last weekend due to the annual Feast of the Immaculate Conception, which took place on Saturday 8th December 2012. The Feast Day, which is held nine months before the Feast of the Nativity of Mary, is a Roman Catholic celebration and sees a national holiday in all observing countries, including Italy. This meant the SuperEnalotto draw was rescheduled and instead took place on the following Monday.

So, if you missed the results you can find them over on the Results Page for Monday 10th December 2012 on SuperEnalotto.net. However, don’t get too excited, as there were no jackpot winners on Monday night, nor were there any players to match five numbers plus the Jolly to scoop the second tier prize either. However, this did mean that eight lucky players won a very nice €41,288, as 50% of the prize fund from the second tier was distributed down to the third prize tier.

In the meantime, the draw days are now back to normal, with the next draw scheduled for Tuesday 11th December 2012 with a jackpot of €28.5 million.
