The current jackpot is now the joint tenth largest prize in the game’s 20 year history, tied with a jackpot won in Milan in May 2005. The lottery’s premium prize has now been rolling for almost four-and-a-half months and has not been claimed since a player from the seaside resort of Caorle matched all six number on Tuesday 1st August to land a prize worth €77.7 million.
However, this is by no means the longest wait between jackpot wins. A ticket holder from Vibo Valentia in Calabria claimed their prize following a run of over 200 rollovers between July 2015 and October 2016. The lucky player eventually captured a reward worth €163.5 million to become the second largest prize winner in SuperEnalotto history.
Tuesday’s SuperEnalotto Numbers
Tuesday’s winning SuperEnalotto numbers were 2, 30, 44, 52, 58 and 69, with Jolly 76 and SuperStar 64 completing the line up.
The 148th SuperEnalotto draw of the year may not have produced a jackpot winner, but there was certainly plenty of cheer for players in the Match 5 tier as three ticket holders each won €57,529. There was also joy for a single player who matched four main numbers and the SuperStar to walk away with €38,365.
There were a further 336,500 prize winners, each of whom picked up rewards ranging from €5 for matching the SuperStar to €3,149 for correctly predicting three main numbers and the SuperStar. There were also 12,793 participants who benefitted from Instant Win prizes of €25 at the point of purchase.
